We collect the information you choose to give us. On the reminder sign up pages that is your name, email address, and, only if you select a text message category, your phone number. On the contact page that is your name, email address, subject, and message. We also record the consent details described below when you check an SMS consent box.

We use your information to send the resources and reminders you requested, to answer written inquiries, to keep records of consent, and to operate and improve the website. We do not use your information to sell insurance, generate leads, or arrange contact from any third party.

Text messages are sent only for the categories you check. Message frequency varies by category and is stated next to each checkbox. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website. The SMS Terms of Service govern the program.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

When you submit an SMS consent, we record the phone number provided, the categories you selected, the date and time of consent, the page the consent was submitted from, the version of the disclosure shown to you, your browser user agent, and, where available to our systems, the IP address of the submission. These records exist to document consent and to honor opt-out requests.

The website may use cookies or similar technology that are necessary for the site to function and to understand general usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

We keep contact submissions and consent records for as long as needed to operate the reminder program, answer inquiries, and meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Reply STOP to any message to leave that SMS program. You may also email reminders@keeppolicycurrent.com to request removal from text messages, email resources, or both, or to ask what information we hold about you.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email reminders@keeppolicycurrent.com and we will delete it.

Our articles may link to outside resources. Those websites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
