Keep Policy Current SMS Program

The Keep Policy Current SMS Program has two separate parts. Account Notifications send the policy date reminders and document review prompts you request. Marketing messages share new guides, tools, and site updates. The program does not send quotes, applications, eligibility results, agent outreach, sales calls, or partner offers.

• Account Notifications. I agree to receive account notifications text messages from Keep Policy Current related to my subscription, such as guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests, sent to the mobile number I provided. Keep Policy Current does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers or consent data to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. Each program requires its own separate consent. They are never bundled.

You join by checking the box for a category on our reminder sign up page and providing a valid mobile number. Boxes are never checked in advance, and providing a phone number by itself is not consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

Message frequency varies by category and by the dates you ask us to track. Account notification messages are typically up to 6 per month and marketing messages are typically up to 4 per month.

Reply STOP to any message to leave that program. We send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then stop sending messages for that program. You will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

We may update these SMS Terms. The current version is always posted on this page and takes effect when posted.
